Refund and Termination Policy

If you are an institutional buyer, corporate partner, or distributor of our autonomous screening platforms, the specific allocation, refund, rental (Opex), or purchasing (Capex) termination policies will apply strictly as per the master enterprise service document executed at your time of purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Sccore AI Tech website and digital services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our hardware utilizes clinical-grade sensors calibrated for 95% screening accuracy, the automated screening metrics and smart health reports are engineered for preventive risk-isolation and population wellness tracking, not as a definitive medical diagnosis. We do not warrant that the web services will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or secure during localized network blackouts.
